kawan2.. tatabahasa Bahasa Melayu pun kene jaga gak.. contohnye perkataan "dari" & "daripada".

tp cane lak kalo kite dah create SR, pastu kite trs cancel icoms..
tp tgh nk wat rebate tetiba xleh propose rebate kat icare, kena wat kat icoms..
kite kena re-open blk ke icoms yg dah cancel tu?
tp kalo kite bia je icoms tu open smpi kes resolve, cane ngan handling time of the case..
lg trk kalo customer uncontactable..

QM will only explained cases which is related with QM.
so, for the aging from cancelled case or closed case n sewaktu dengannya we cant explained further.

ok tuk kes ni penting bg agent tuk add notes, n pasal xleh nak propose rebate kat icare, tu kene rujuk pada AM's kite ye..

klu kite open blk icoms yg dh cancel n resolved it by that day kite open woudnt effect your aging (thats wut being told by AM).
For handling time, QM will go through from the time you re-open blk case tu n resolved it...
bukan daripada masa CCR cancel those case.
And if customer was uncontactable...u should Add Notes and showed proves / evidence that customer was really UNCONTACTABLE...

Rasanya, kita jgn cancell kes2 tu dulu.. if dah settle/bole submit dalam i-care, then baru kita bole cancell dalam icoms tu kan...

actually kan kak icah..tu la yg sy tgh wat skrg..
the problem is kes tu akan open je dlm pool sbb cust uncontactable sbb let say, the acc is for company..kite dpt kes tu weekend..call cust sah2 xde sape yg akan jwb..pastu dlm sistem or icoms x provide cust's hp no..dah terpakse tgu smpi monday..tu kalo monday keje..kalo monday+tuesday cuti..received the case on saturday..xke lama gile kes icoms tu open dlm pool..
