Changes on LEAVE DOOR OPEN

Starting from today 18th March 2008, there will be changes on LEAVE DOOR OPEN which this was following Ms. Salmiza & En. Affandi instruction.

Our standard script for "LEAVE DOOR OPEN" (Which is no longer used):
Should you require further assistance or would like to submit any enquiry / feedback, kindly visit www.tm.net.my and click “Need Help? Contact our Customer Service”.

Will be changed to the following details (Currently used):
ENGLISH LANGUAGE
For further assistance or feedback, kindly e-mail us at: help@tm.com.my.
Alternatively, you may also contact TM at 100 and select "Internet Services".

Untuk sebarang pertanyaan lanjut atau maklumbalas, sila e-mel kami di: help@tm.com.my. Anda juga boleh menghubungi TM di talian 100 dan pilih “Perkhidmatan Internet” untuk bantuan lanjut.

Thus, hope that all CCR must always used the standard closing with the "LEAVE DOOR OPEN" stated above.

korang jangan lupa tukar "and" kepada "dan"
