~@~ To lead / to guide / bring then forward in professional & organize way so that we can achieve our mission & vision.
~@~ Ongoing observation of CCR Performance.
~@~ Feedback to CCR on their performance (response / investigation / handling the case).
~@~ Providing assistance to help CCR improve their performance.
**We as a QM Team hoping that each CCR to be better identify his / her strengths & weakness through every COACHING SESSION we provided.

Developed our behaviours because ATTITUDE IS THE VIRUS~
